Parent with Calm, Confidence & Connection
The Guiding Circle
Regulate yourself. Support your child. Feel less overwhelmed every day.
It’s time you stopped doing this alone.
And started parenting in a way that actually supports you, too.
Here’s the truth: You’re not lazy. You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re burned out, stretched thin, and trying to meet your child’s needs with no real support. But what if it didn’t have to feel like this?
Picture this…
- Your mornings? Start with more calm and less chaos.
- The hard moments? You’re no longer reacting out of stress, but responding with confidence.
- Your connection with your child? Deeper. Stronger. More regulated on both sides.
- Your nervous system? Not constantly on fire. Just… steady. Present. Capable.
Welcome to The Guiding Circle. This is where we take everything that’s been heavy, and finally make it feel lighter.
- Not by fixing your child. - But by resourcing you.
The Guiding Circle starts July 24!
The Guiding Circle is...
A Reset You Didn’t Know You Were Allowed to Have
Let’s be honest for a second. You’ve been doing everything you can to support your child, Googling every meltdown, attending every appointment, managing every emotion (sometimes even your own).
But you’re still exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and wondering if you're ever going to feel okay again.
That changes here.
Imagine 6 Weeks From Now…
🌀 You’re able to stay grounded, even when your child is falling apart.
💬 You respond with clarity and compassion, instead of guilt or reactivity.
🧠 You understand your child’s needs without guessing or Googling.
💛 You’ve let go of the pressure to be perfect and started parenting from peace. 🧘♀️ You feel supported, seen, and no longer like you’re doing this alone.
Let me be real with you for a second...
This isn’t just another “here’s how to stay calm” program.
I know you’ve probably heard a lot of advice. You’ve read the posts. Tried the sticker charts. Downloaded the free printables. And still, your house feels like it’s held together with duct tape and deep breaths.
But this? This isn’t more pressure disguised as a solution.
You’ll learn how to stay regulated (Even when your child is melting down in the middle of the kitchen.)
You’ll understand what your child’s behavior is actually telling you (So you can stop second-guessing yourself every minute of the day.)
You’ll build connection
(Not through compliance, but through safety, trust, and co-regulation.)
You’ll stop doing this alone (Because being the “strong one” doesn’t mean going unsupported.)
Here's how we're breaking it down...
Inside The Guiding Circle
Week 1
Regulate First, React Less
This week is about calming your nervous system—because your child’s regulation starts with you.
You’ll learn how to spot dysregulation (in you and your child), and build simple practices to feel more grounded—even during the chaos.
Week 2
Decode the Behavior
You’ll start understanding what your child’s meltdowns, shutdowns, and refusals are actually telling you—so you can respond with confidence, not confusion.
Week 3
Routines That Feel Safe (Not Stressful)
This week we’re building rhythms that work for real families.
No sticker charts. Just support, structure, and less stress for everyone in the house.
Week 4
Co-Regulation Over Control
You’ll learn how to respond in those “I’m about to lose it” moments.
Think: what to say (and not say), when to pause, and how to keep connection first—even in the hard.
Week 5
Let Go of the Pressure
This week, we’re naming the guilt. The grief. The “I should be doing more.”
We’re shifting the way you see yourself as a parent—and making room for grace.
Week 6
Celebrate + Stay Rooted
You’ll look back and realize: you’ve already changed so much.
We’ll anchor in the progress, celebrate the shifts, and build a plan to keep going—without burning out.
What You’ll Get...
Weekly Group Coaching Calls
We meet once a week for a grounded, gentle coaching call focused on regulation, connection, and parenting through the hard stuff.
You’ll leave each call with real tools—not more pressure.
The Calm Parent Workbook + Tools
You’ll get daily prompts, visual supports, and language that helps in real-time.
These are the tools I give to families who are tired, overwhelmed, and just want to know what to do next.
Private Support Group
This isn’t a huge group. It’s a quiet space where you can ask questions, process a hard moment, or just be seen—without having to explain your child or your parenting.
Emotional & Nervous System Support
This isn’t just about your child—it’s about you.
We’ll work through the guilt, grief, and mental load so many parents carry, and start to build something that feels more sustainable, more supported, and more grounded in who you want to be.
If you’re ready for parenting to feel a little lighter…
Join The Guiding Circle
A 6-week support space for parents of autistic children who are ready to feel more regulated, more connected, and less alone.
This isn’t about fixing anything.
It’s about giving yourself the kind of support you’ve been giving everyone else.
You don’t have to be ready for everything.
You just have to be ready for the next gentle step.
I'll walk with you the rest of the way.
Let’s make this a little easier.
The Guiding Circle is for you if...
🌿 You’re constantly holding it together—and you’re starting to feel it in your body.
🌿 You love your child deeply, but some days you feel completely lost on how to support them.
🌿 You’ve read the books, tried the tips, and still feel like no one really gets what your days are like.
🌿 You feel guilty when you lose your cool… but don’t know how to stay calm when everything feels like too much.
🌿 You want support—not surface advice. A real space. Real tools. Real connection.
If any of that sounds like you—then this space was created with you in mind.
Hi, I’m Kassandra.
A coffee-loving, ocean-chasing, sunrise-watching human who’s deeply passionate about supporting parents of autistic children.
I’m not a mom—but I work with parents every day, helping them navigate meltdowns, rebuild connection, and regulate themselves in a world that rarely gives them space to breathe.
Over the years, I’ve supported families who felt completely overwhelmed finally find calm—not because they changed their child, but because they changed the way they were being supported.
This work is deeply personal to me.
I’ve seen what happens when parents are held with compassion.
And I believe that every child deserves a regulated adult—and every parent deserves someone who truly sees them.
This space was built for that.
